摘要 换热器简化模型建模需要解决换热管实体-梁单元耦合问题,通常采用ANSYS APDL,需要命令流编写,过程复杂。利用ANSYS Workbench中的Name Selection和Object Generator功能,不需要命令流编程,即可解决换热管实体-梁单元耦合问题,实现ANSYS Workbench界面环境下换热器管板简化模型建模和应力分析。为换热器的有限元模型建模提供了一种新的更加简便的方法。 In establishment of simplified finite element model for analysis of heat exchanger, the issue of coupling solid and beam units for modeling heat transfer tube and tubesheet should be taken into account. ANSYS APDL usually be applied and batch of commands was compiled, which is often complicated. In this article, by using the functions of Name Selection and Object Generator in ANSYS Workbench, the coupling of solid and beam units was realized, in which the batch of commands was not needed. In this way, the simplified model for tubesheet was built and the analysis of stresses in it was performed, which had been proved to be a more convenient method used inmodel establishment.
