摘要
阐述了某项目进口高温高压Ⅲ类夹套设备高压分离器的结构及技术特征以及关键制造技术,重点对设备的制造难点:筒体堆焊前后加工、基层焊接及堆焊、高精度密封面的加工、高强度20-M140X6螺孔加工进行工艺性试验和加工技术参数研究,并应用于设备加工。
In this article, the structure and characteristics of one imported elevated temperature and high pressure separator with jacket as well as the key techniques used in its manufacture were introduced. Some difficult processes, such as fabrication of cylinder before and after weld overlay, base and overlay welding, high-precision machining of sealing surface and drilling of bolt holes, were tested with processes and studied with technical parameters. The results were applied in the manufacture of this equipment, and it was shown in the manufacture of this high pressure separator, the fabrication process was standardized and the quality was stable and controllable. This equipment has been completed successfully.
