In this article, replacement of furnace pipe connected to steam overheated coil tube used in methanol construction was introduced. The experiences in replacement of high temperature and high pressure furnace pipe connected to steam overheated coil tube made of Cr-Mo steel was summarized, which may be referenced for the replacement of furnace pipe connected to steam overheated coil tube used in chemical plants.
