Objective To investigate the curative effect of Deanxit combined with alprazolam in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)and the influence on patient mood, gastrointestinal function and gastrointestinal hormone levels. Methods According to the order of admission,92 patients with FD were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 46 patients in each group. The two groups were all treated with domperidone,on the basis of this, the experimental group added Deanxit combined with alprazolam. All patients were observed for 6 weeks. The clinical efficacy and the gastrointestinal emptying rate, anxiety and depression status and gastrointestinal hormone levels before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment, the anxiety self-rating scale index and the self-rating depression index of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05 or 0.01).The gastrointestinal emptying rate and serum gastrin, plasma motilin and plasma neuropeptide levels were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05 or 0.01).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion On the basis of domperidone treatment,Deanxit combined with alprazolam is effective in the treatment of FD.It can relieve anxiety and depression and improve the gastrointestinal function in patients.
