盐酸普拉克索缓释片联合rTMS治疗帕金森病对照研究

A comparative study of pramipexole hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with rTMS in the treatment of Parkinson's disease

目的探讨盐酸普拉克索缓释片联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法将56例帕金森病患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组28例。对照组采用盐酸普拉克索缓释片治疗,观察组采用盐酸普拉克索缓释片联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗,观察4周。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后帕金森评定量表、非运动症状筛查问卷、自主神经症状量表、汉密顿抑郁量表、社会功能调查量表及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分。结果观察组总有效率为92.86%,对照组为71,43%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周末观察组帕金森评定量表、非运动症状筛查问卷、自主神经症状量表、汉密顿抑郁量表、社会功能调查量表及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论盐酸普拉克索缓释片联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗帕金森病疗效确切,能有效缓解患者病情,减轻非运动症状,改善自主神经功能和抑郁情绪及睡眠质量,提高社会功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of pramipexole hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in patients with Parkinsons disease(PD).Methods 56 cases of patients with PD were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,28 cases each.The control group was treated with pramipexole hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with pramipexole hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with rTMS.Compare the clinical effects,the Parkinson Rating Scale(UPDRS)score,the non-motor symptoms(NMSQuest)score,the autonomic dysfunction(SCOPAAUT)score,the Hamilton depression(HAMD)score,the social function(FAQ)score,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality(PSQI)score of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,higher than that of the control group(71.43%)(P<0.05).The total scores of UPDRS,NMSQuest,SCOPA-AUT,HAMD and PSQI were lower in the observation group than in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The pramipexole hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation for the treatment of Parkinson's disease are effective,can effectively alleviate the patient's condition,reduce non-motor symptoms,improve autonomic nervous function and depression,sleep quality,and improve social function.
