乙哌立松联合盐酸舍曲林治疗慢性紧张型头痛临床疗效及安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of eperisone combined with sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic tension headache

目的探讨乙哌立松联合盐酸舍曲林治疗慢性紧张型头痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法将86例慢性紧张型头痛患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例。对照组采用乙哌立松治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上联合盐酸舍曲林治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗前数字疼痛分级评分表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组总有效率为95.3%,对照组为81.4%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乙哌立松联合盐酸舍曲林治疗慢性紧张型头痛临床疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of eperisone combined with sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic tension headache.Methods 86 patients with chronic tension headache were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with eperisone,while the study group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in NRS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the study group(95.3%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.4%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Eperisone combined with sertraline hydrochloride is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic tension headache,which is worthy of clinical application.
