摘要
伴随着暖边间隔条在节能中空玻璃中的普及,人们越来越关注暖边间隔条的节能与耐久性指标。本文以JC/T 2453-2018《中空玻璃间隔条第3部分:暖边间隔条》标准中等效导热系数、热失重和耐紫外线辐照性能三项性能指标为出发点,通过分析测试结果的数据,提出改进暖边间隔条性能的措施,旨在为暖边间隔条的优化提供参考。
With the popularization of warm edge spacers in energy saving insulating glass, people pay more and more attention to the energy saving and durability indicators of warm edge spacers. Based on three performance indicators of equivalent thermal conductivity, thermos-gravimetric analysis and UV radiation test in JC/T 2453-2018"Spacer for insulating glass unitPart 3: warm edge spacer", as well as through the analysis of test results and data, This paper puts forward some measures to improve the performance of the warm edge spacer to provide a reference for the optimization of the warm edge spacer.
