石家庄环城水系项目外墙保温与外窗设计应用

摘要 本文以石家庄环城水系项目为例,按新版《被动式超低能耗居住建筑节能设计标准》DB13(J)/T273-2018进行能耗分析计算。讨论了新版被动式超低能耗居住建筑节能设计标准与旧版设计标准之间的差异,以及新版标准对建筑能耗计算的影响,并采用因素分析法结合房屋整体能耗,以判断合理的外墙保温及外窗设计。通过计算结果与传统建筑能耗及节能效果的比对分析,计算出整个项目的节能率,以期为同类建筑提供参考。 Taking Shijiazhuang Huancheng Water System Project as an example, energy consumption analysis and calculation are carried out according to the new version of " Energy Conservation Design Standards of Passive Ultra-low Energy Residential Building " DB13 (J)/T 273-2018. This paper discusses the difference between the new version and the old version of Energy Conservation Design Standards of Passive Ultra-low Energy Residential Building and the impact of the new version on the calculation of building energy consumption, and uses factor analysis method to judge the reasonable design of external wall insulation and window combined with the overall energy consumption of the building. This paper calculates the energy saving rate of the whole project by comparing the calculation results with the energy consumption and energy saving effect of traditional buildings, in order to provide reference for similar buildings.
