基于对零和式油烟净化器的分析

摘要 随着社会经济的快速发展,人们对生活质量的要求不断提升,油烟机已经成为人们厨房用具的必备装置之一。人们为了有效排除烹饪过程中所产生的油烟,积极加强对油烟机的研究和开发,并引入新的技术和功能,从而有效降低厨房中的油烟。油烟机在实际应用时,其主要原理是通过相应的装置将厨房产生的油烟排到室外,但是由于该过程会导致出现室内空气负压,同时在夏季开空调和冬季开暖气时,室内相应的冷气和暖气会被排出户外,造成极大的能源损耗,对此要积极进行完善。本文主要从抽油烟机应用现状的角度出发,阐述零和式油烟净化器结构概况,并从零和式油烟净化器概况、零和式油烟净化器外排油烟系统、内循环吸油烟系统以及厨房和餐厅用油烟净化系统几个方面进行讨论,论述零和式油烟净化器应用原理,分别对内循环吸油烟系统应用原理、零和式油烟净化器的风幕作用、外排油烟系统应用原理以及静音系统和节能系统进行分析,最后阐述了零和式油烟净化器的工作流程及优势、效果分析,并从不同角度进行分析,从而为零和式油烟净化器结构及应用原理研究提供参考。 With the rapid development of social economy, people’s requirements for quality life are constantly improving,and the range hood has become one of the necessary devices for people’s kitchen utensils. In order to effectively eliminate the fumes generated during the cooking process, the research and development of the range hood actively have been strengthened,which has introduced new technologies and functions to effectively reduce the soot in the kitchen. When the range hood is used in practice, the main principle is to discharge the fumes generated in the kitchen to the outside by corresponding devices.However, during the process, the indoor air negative pressure will occur, and at the same time, when the air conditioner is turned on in summer and the heating is turned on in winter, the corresponding air-conditioning and heating in the room will be discharged outdoors, causing great energy loss, which should be actively improved. This paper mainly expounds several aspects, including the structure of self-balance oil fume purifier(SOFP) from the application status of range hood, and from the SOFP overview, SOFP external exhaust system, internal circulation range system, the fume purification system in the kitchen and restaurant to discuss the application principle of the SOFP. The application principle of the internal circulation range hood system, the SOFP air curtain effect, the application principle of the soot system and the mute system as well as energy-saving system are analyzed respectively. Finally, the workflow, advantages and effects analysis of the SOFP are described and analyzed from different angles, so as to provide a reference for the research on the structure and application of the SOFP.
