摘要
通过对底波计算法调整基准灵敏度和实施检测这两个环节所涉及的关键因素分析,论证适宜的探头参数、符合超声波声场声压分布及符合规则反射体回波基础理论的检测厚度和底面尺寸及其状态等在锻件检测中的重要作用。
With analyzing the key factors of adjusting reference sensitivity and detecting using bottom wave calculation,this paper discusses the important role of using suitable probe parameters,sound pressure distribution according to ultrasonic sound field and the detection thickness,dimensions,status which basic theory of reflective body echoes in accordance with rules in forging inspection.
