岸边集装箱起重机起升机构加装安全制动器的分析

Analysis of Installing Safety Brake on Lifting Mechanism of Quayside Container Crane

岸边集装箱起重机原设计的起升机构缺少卷筒轮边的安全制动器,当起吊货物卷筒的输入端出现扭矩脱节时极易造成重大的安全事故,因此需加装卷筒的安全制动器。本文对安全制动器的改造方法、相关计算、电器控制原理等进行了分析。

As the lack of safety brake on the edge of the drum wheel for hoisting crane in quayside container,it is easy to cause serious safety accident when the torque disjoint occurs in the input end of the hoisting cargo drum.So it is necessary to install the safety brake of the reel.In this paper,the revamping method,related calculation and electrical control principle of safety brake are analyzed.
