The ultimate goal of hospital pharmacists:the responsible use of medicines

本文以《医院药学未来发展的巴塞尔共识》的第一条提出的药物尽责使用为线索,查找国内外药物尽责使用成功的案例,探讨国内外相关经验及措施,以期让国内医院药师以药物尽责使用作为职业使命的终极目标,在患者药物治疗、药物使用上发挥越来越重要的作用。

The responsible use of medicines,proposed in the first article of "the Basel Consensus on the Future Development of Hospital Pharmacy",was used as a clue in this paper.We looked for responsible drug use successful cases at home and abroad,discussed domestic and foreign relevant experience and measures,with the hope of“responsible drug use”,taken as the ultimate goal of the professional mission among domestic hospital pharmacists,would play an increasingly important role in the patient′s drug treatment and drug use.
