摘要
某煤矿选煤厂主厂房为多层钢框架结构,生产过程在离心机和振动筛的作用下,出现明显的结构振动。为判断振动对结构的影响,提供结构加固方案的依据,对该厂房进行了振动测试和结构计算。计算分析结果表明,加固后正常生产工况下结构相应各处的动位移与加固前相比明显减小。
The main building of a coal preparation plant is a multi-layer steel frame structure. Under the action of the centrifuge and vibrating screen, obvious structural vibration occurs. In order to judge the influence of vibration on the structure and provide the basis of the structural reinforcement scheme, the vibration test and structural calculation of the plant were carried out. The calculation and analysis results show that the dynamic displacement of the corresponding structure under normal production conditions after reinforcement is significantly reduced compared with that before reinforcement.
