探究民用高层钢筋混凝土建筑结构设计优化

在我国不断推进城市化的进程中,民用建筑高层化已成为民用建筑的发展趋势。在高层民用建筑工程的造价成本组成中,主体结构造价成本占总成本的70%～80%。在此背景下,论文通过案例分析的方式对民用高层钢筋混凝土建筑结构的设计优化进行分析论述,以供参考。

In the process of China’s continuous urbanization, high-rise civil buildings have become the development trend of civil buildings. In the cost composition of high-rise civil building project, the cost of the main structure accounts for 70%~80% of the total cost.Under this background, this paper analyzes and discusses the design optimization of civil high-rise reinforced concrete building structure by means of case analysis for reference.
