With the development of China’s economy, land management has realized informatization and networking. We will comprehensively refine and improve the basic data on land use nationwide, master the current situation of land use nationwide and the changes in natural resources, and realize the information management of achievements, so as to meet the needs of space planning,macro-control, land use control and other work. This paper introduces the technical route, method and working flow of land survey, and discusses the related problems in the third national land survey.
