摘要 曝气精确控制系统是通过独立的供气系统和精确的电信号反馈,实时计算每个曝气池所需曝气量,并按需供气。在降低鼓风系统电耗的同时,较好地维持曝气池DO浓度的设定值,实现节能和运行双赢。论文对精确曝气系统进行了介绍,并以实际案例为基础,对精确曝气系统在氧化沟污水处理领域的应用进行详细分析。 The aeration volume control system calculates the aeration volume of each aeration tank in real time and supplies air on demand through independent aeration system and precise electrical signal feedback. While reducing the power consumption of the blast system, the DO concentration in the aeration tank can be well maintained at a set value, so as to achieve a win-win situation in energy saving and operation. This paper introduces the aeration volume control system, and analyzes the application of the precise aeration system in the field of oxidation ditch wastewater treatment based on the actual case.
