基于投资方视角下的建设期投资成本管控

Investment Cost Control During Construction Period from the Perspective of Investors

近年来,在全球性金融危机和经济不景气的大环境下,我国国内经济高质量发展并进入新常态,(BOT+EPC)/(PPP+EPC)模式的投资建设项目相较于传统施工模式项目,面临着更大的成本管控上的难题和挑战。论文提出了加强项目建设期投资成本管控的措施,以供参考。

In recent years, in the context of global financial crisis and economic depression, China’s domestic economy has entered a new normal with high-quality development. Compared with traditional construction projects, investment and construction projects in BOT+EPC/PPP+EPC mode face more difficulties and challenges in cost control. The paper puts forward the measures to strengthen the investment cost control during the project construction period for reference.
