This paper introduces the overall objectives of the corps geospatial framework, and details the construction contents of data processing and database construction, platform construction, policy mechanisms, standards and specifications, etc., and shows the application of the framework’s public service system and leadership mapping system. Formed the various departments, divisions(cities),regiments(towns) of the corps, the authoritative and unique geospatial framework data service platform, providing ideas for the joint construction and sharing of the corps data, public management, and the public.
