改性石油焦脱硫渣用作水泥缓凝剂的研究

摘要 将废硫酸改性石油焦脱硫渣用作水泥缓凝剂,然后对水泥物理性能进行了测试,并对部分样品作了XRD和SEM分析。研究结果表明,与二水石膏相比,水泥中加入脱硫渣时,其标准稠度用水量增加,强度降低,而凝结时间大幅度缩短,脱硫渣不能用作水泥缓凝剂。改性脱硫渣的主要组成为CaSO4·2H2O和CaSO4,当其用作缓凝剂时,水泥的各项性能与使用二水石膏时没有显著差异。 Waste sulfuric acid modified petroleum coke desulfurization slag was used as cement retarder. Then the physical properties of cement were tested and some samples were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results showed that compared with the cement of dihydrate gypsum, when using desulfurization slag as cement retarder, the water requirement of normal consistency of cement in creased, the strength of cement decreased, and the setting time was greatly shortened. The desulfurization slag can not be used as cement retarde.The main comp on ents of modified desulfurizatio n slag were CaSO4-2H2O and CaSO4. When used modified desulfurization slag as retarder, there was no significant difference in the performance of cement compared with the cement that used dihydrate gypsum as retarde.
