摘要
通过对不同化学组成的商品铝酸盐水泥胶砂试件进行水化强度及抗硫酸盐侵蚀试验,研究了不同铝酸盐水泥的胶砂强度保留率及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,并采用扫描电镜、能谱检测分析了铝酸盐水泥胶砂侵蚀机理。结果表明,随着铝酸盐水泥中CA和CA2含量的增多,水泥胶砂试件强度保留率提高,CA2含量高的试件抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力较强。
The strength retention rate and sulfate resistance capability of different aluminate cement mortars were studied. The erosion mechanism of aluminate cement mortar was analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results showed that, with the increase of CA and CA, content in aluminate cement, the strength retention rate of cement mortar specimens was improved, and the specimens with high CA: content have higher resistance to sulfate attack.
