摘要
针对某矿山采用全尾砂和胶凝材料作为充填材料进行自流胶结充填存在的充填料浆浓度低、井下采场泌水量大及充填体强度达不到要求等问题,开展了充填材料优选和配比优化试验研究。通过进行充填尾砂的物化性质分析和充填材料优化对比试验,优选出适合该矿山的胶结充填材料。在优选试验的基础上,采用正交试验方法进行配比优化试验,以标准水泥为胶结材料,全尾砂和矿渣微粉为骨料,研究矿渣微粉掺量、灰砂比和料浆浓度对充填体和料浆性能指标的影响规律,通过极差分析和方差分析确定因素的主次顺序和影响程度,并最终确定胶结充填材料最佳配比为料浆浓度68%,矿渣微粉掺量18%,灰砂比1∶14。
A mine uses ungraded tailings and gelatinizer as filling materials for self-flow cement filling,but the concentration of filling slurry is low,the bleeding amount in underground stope is big,the filling body strength fails to meet the requirement.In light of these problems,experimental research of cemented filling materials selection and proportioning optimization is carried out.The physical and chemical property of the filling tailings is analyzed and the filling materials are optimized and compared.The cemented filling materials fit for the mine is selected.Based on optimization test,orthogonal method is used to carry out proportioning optimization test.With standard cement as the cemen-ted material,ungraded tailings and ore residual powder as aggregate,the test studied the rules by which ore residual powder addition,cement-sand ratio and slurry concentration influence the performance index of filling body and slurry.The importance and influence magnitude of the factors are determined through range analysis and variance analysis.It is finally concluded that the best proportioning is as follows: the slurry concentration is 68 %,ore residual powder addition is 18 %,and the cement-sand ratio is 1∶14.
