摘要
按照GB/T 1419—2004 《海绵铂》的质量分析要求,参照GB/T 15000—2003 《标准样品工作导则》和YS/T 409—1998 《有色金属产品分析用标准样品技术规范》,以99.999%高纯铂为基体,采用溶液加入法进行铂光谱分析用标准样品的制备。实验包括杂质标准溶液的配制、标准样品化学成分设计和制备流程,并进行了均匀性检验、稳定性试验、定值、工作曲线绘制等。经分析检测,铂光谱分析用标准样品均匀性和稳定性良好,工作曲线梯度均匀,线性关系良好,各项技术指标均满足GB/T 1419—2004 《海绵铂》(w(Pt)=99.9%~99.99%)光谱定量分析要求。
According to the quality analysis requirement by GB/T 1419-2004 Sponge Platinum, GB/T 15000-2003 Directives for the Work of Reference Materials, and YS/T 409-1998 Specification for Certified Reference Materials for Non-ferrous Product Analysis, with 99.999 % high purity platinum as matrix, solution addition method is used to prepare the reference sample for spectral analysis of platinum. The experiment includes preparation of impurity reference solution, chemical composition design of reference sample and preparation flowsheet. Besides, the homogeneity test, stability test, value determination, and working curve drawing are carried out. The analysis and test results show that the reference sample for spectral analysis of platinum has good homogeneity and stability, the working curve has even gradient, the linear relation is good and each technical index meets the spectral quantification analysis requirement by GB/T 1419-2004 Sponge Platinum(w(Pt)=99.9 %-99.99 %).
