“Smart Measurement and Assessment”in the Age of Big Data

摘要 围绕大数据时代的心理与教育测评这一主题进行探讨,以大数据与教育大数据的视角,简要描述了测量理论的特点与发展历程,突出了教育数据应用的发展阶段、计算机自适应测验和计算机多阶段自适应测验的进展,强调在个性化自适应学习使用的大数据学习系统参差不齐会导致更大的不公平。解决不公平需要智慧测量与评价在大数据时代分析数据时,思想应该做到三个转变,将过程性评价和终结性评价结合使用、较少无关因素的影响。在这样的背景与趋势下,以中国大学MOOC网站的《Python语言基础与应用》课程为例进行研究,提出了相关的研究思路与设想。 This paper probes into the subject of psychological and educational measurement in the age of big data. Based on the big data and educational big data, this paper first briefly describes the characteristics and history of the measurement theory, ancl highlights the development stage of the application of educational data, the Computer Adaptive Testing and the Computer-Adaptive Multistage Testing, underlines that big-data-based learning system used in Personalized Adaptive Learning will lead to greater unfairness. Solving unfairness requires smart measurement and assessment in the age of data analysis, the thought should make 3 transformations, combine process assessment with summative assessment, and reduce error factors. Under this trend, it is proposed to use the "Python Language Foundation and Application” course of the Chinese University MOOC website to research and propose relevant ideas.
