摘要 新零售核心是提升用户体验,以数字化为核心驱动力。生鲜行业面临新一轮的变革,也对生鲜供应链提出更高要求,生鲜供应链要求以更短、精、快、高效、低成本结构更靠近消费者,降低库存,快速反应客户需求。盒马鲜生生鲜供应链主要以坚持原产地直采+直达+溯源采购模式、智能化数字化供应链体系、前置仓的方式实现线下线上深度整合,给消费者带来全新体验。盒马鲜生供应链改良经验值得借鉴。 The core of new retail is to improve user experience and take digitalization as the core driving force. The fresh food industry is facing a new round of reform, and higher requirements are put forward for the fresh supply chain. The fresh food supply chain needs to be closer to consumers with shorter, precise, fast, efficient and low-cost structure, reduce inventory and quickly respond to customer demands. The fresh supply chain of box horse mainly realizes deep offline and online integration by insisting on the direct purchase mode of origin + direct purchase + source tracing, intelligent digital supply chain system and front warehouse, bringing new experience to consumers. The experience of improving the supply chain is worth learning.
