摘要 ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸是一类具有生物活性的多不饱和脂肪酸,对结直肠癌发生发展具有抑制作用。ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸首先改变膜流动性影响细胞功能,其次影响细胞信号转导通路中重要蛋白的活性并且调节肿瘤微环境中炎症介质和免疫细胞的功能和活性,另外改变肿瘤转移过程中的几种重要分子,从抑制细胞过度增殖,促进凋亡,提高抗肿瘤免疫和抑制肿瘤转移几个方面对结直肠癌起抑制作用。 Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(ω-3 PUFAs)are a class of bioactive polyunsaturated fatty acids with inhibitory effects on colorectal cancer.Firstly,ω-3 PUFAs can change membrane fluidity and affect cell functions;Secondly,they can affect the activity of important proteins in cell signal transduction pathways and regulate the inflammatory mediators and the functions of immune cells in the tumor microenvironment;Finally,they can change the important molecules in the process of tumor metastasis and inhibit the colorectal cancer via suppressing cell proliferation,promoting apoptosis,enhancing antitumor immunity,and preventing tumor metastasis.
