摘要
合理的设施布局可以有效提高整个生产系统的综合效率。以A公司电动机维修车间为研究对象,对维修车间日常生产运营时的工艺流程进行详细分析,找出当前设施布置中存在的不合理现象。运用系统布局规划方法,分析生产流程中所需的各工作单元间的物流和非物流关系等级,进而得出各工作单元间的综合相关程度,并以此为依据设计车间布局优化方案。最后通过物流-距离分析法进行评价,遴选出最优布局方案。优化方案实施后,生产过程中的搬运大为减少,物料流转顺畅有序。
Reasonable facility layout can enhance the general efficiency of the production unit.In this paper,a motor repair workshop is the objective of the study,and the unreasonable aspect of the current facility layout is defined by analyzing the work flow.With the application of the systematic layout planning method,several facility optimization layout proposals are designed by checking the logistic,the non-logistic,and the resulting comprehensive correlations between the units.Then the logistic-distance analysis methods are used to figure out the best solution.After the implementation of the optimized facility layout,the general efficiency of the motor repair workshop is increased.
