科研生产设备群的故障维修率降低研究

摘要 为了降低科研生产设备群故障维修率,提高科研生产设备群完好率,应用质量控制(QC)流程对设备群故障维修原因进行分析并采取优化策略,以有效降低故障维修率。首先,通过现场调查采集设备群故障维修数据,分析并拟定设备群故障维修率优化目标值;其次,从人员、设备、环境和方法上逐一分析故障原因,绘制影响因素分析图;再次,通过现场调查并结合有关标准进行充分研究,确定核心影响因素;最后,对核心影响因素采取针对性优化策略。研究表明:设备群故障维修率下降25个百分点,达到优化目标值。该研究对降低设备群故障维修率起到了良好的效果,实现了较高的经济效益。 In order to reduce the failure maintenance rate and improve the completion rate of the scientific research and production equipment group,the quality control(QC)process is used to analyze the causes of equipment group failure and adopt optimization strategies to effectively reduce the failure maintenance rate.Firstly,the fault maintenance data of the equipment group are collected through field investigation,and the target value of the fault maintenance rate of the equipment group is analyzed and determined.Secondly,the failure reasons are analyzed one by one from personnel,equipment,environment and method,and the analysis chart of influencing factors is drawn.Thirdly,combined with the relevant standards for full study,the core influencing factors are determined through the field investigation.Finally,the paper adopts targeted optimization strategies for the core influencing factors.The study shows that the fault maintenance rate of the equipment group decreases by 25 percentage and reaches the optimized target value.This study has a good effect on reducing the failure maintenance rates of equipment groups and achieving higher economic benefits.
