摘要 国内外研究表明细颗粒物(particulate matter 2.5,PM2.5)污染是影响人体健康的重要因素。除了直接对呼吸系统及心血管系统的影响外,妊娠期PM2.5 暴露可直接影响子代的生长发育,表现为心肺功能及认知功能受损、各种不良妊娠结局、器官发育异常、先天缺陷等问题,但PM2.5 致发育毒性的作用机制尚不明确。该文对PM2.5 致发育毒性的流行病学及毒理学研究进展进行综述,以期为后续的研究提供参考依据。 Domestic and foreign studies have shown that fine particulate matter (PM2.5) pollution is a major factor affecting human health. In addition to the direct impact on the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, PM2.5 exposure during pregnancy can directly affect the growth and development of offspring, manifested as cardiopulmonary dysfunction and cognitive disorder, various adverse pregnancy outcomes, abnormal organ development, and congenital defects. However, the mechanism underlying the developmental toxicity of PM2.5 is still unclear. This article reviews PM2.5-induced developmental toxicity based on epidemiological investigation and toxicological studies, which will provide references for further studies.
