中医多途径综合护理对宫颈癌术后患者心理、自我护理能力及护理满意度的影响

Effect of TCM multi-channel characteristic nursing program on gastrointestinal function, bladder function recovery, mental state and self-care ability of patients with cervical cancer radical surgery

目的探讨中医多途径综合护理对宫颈癌术后患者心理、自我护理能力及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2016年1月~2017年3月湖北中医药大学黄家湖医院收治的86例宫颈癌根治术后患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各43例。对照组患者采用常规基础护理,观察组给予中医多途径综合护理。观察记录并评价两组患者干预前后的心理状态、自我护理能力及护理满意度。结果观察组患者经干预后其心理状态明显优于对照组,心理正常率高于对照组,焦虑、恐惧、悲观等消极情绪的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自我护理能力明显优于对照组,健康知识水平、自我责任感、自我概念、自我护理技能等能力的评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医多途径综合护理方案有利于改善患者心理状况,缓解术后不良情绪,提高自我护理能力,护理满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the influence of TCM multi-channel nursing program on mental state and self-care ability of patients and nursing satisfaction with cervical cancer radical surgery. Methods From January 2016 to March 2017, in Huangjiahu Hospital of Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 86 patients with cervical cancer were selected, according to random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group according to the radom number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine basic nursing, and the patients in the observation group were given multi-channel characteristic nursing program. The psychological states, self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups before and after intervention were recorded and evaluated. Results The psychological states of patients in observation group after intervention was better than control group, the mental normal rate in observation group was higher than control group, the incidences of negative emotions, such as anxiety, fear and pessimism in observation group were significantly lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The self-care ability was significantly better than the control group, and the scores of health knowledge level, self-responsibility, self-concept, self-care skills and other abilities were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Multi-channel characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing is good to improve the psychological status of patients with cervical cancer, alleviate postoperative bad mood and improve self-care ability, which has high nursing satisfaction, it is worth popularization and application in the clinical practice.
