天津市老旧小区海绵化改造策略研究

Sponge-city Retrofitting Strategy of Old Community in Tianjin

老旧小区的海绵化改造是天津建设海绵城市的重要内容之一,天津的老旧小区具有数量多、问题杂、改造难度大的特点。通过调研走访,总结出天津老旧小区的问题,结合海绵城市内涵以及老旧小区的现状,总结出适用于天津市老旧小区海绵化改造的策略。以天津市某小区为例,探讨海绵化改造在天津市老旧小区的改造路径与策略。

The Sponge-city retrofitting of old community is one of the important contents in constructing sponge-city in Tianjin. Old community in Tianjin has the characteristics of large number,complicated problems and difficult reconstruction. Issues on old community in Tianjin are investigated and summarized,Combined with the connotation of sponge-city and the current situation of old community,this paper proposes the strategy of sponge-city retrofitting methods applied to the old community. Taking a community as an example,its transformation path and strategy of sponge-city retrofitting is expounded.
