摘要
【目的】研究豨莶草提取物对小鼠的镇静催眠作用。【方法】将50只小鼠随机均分为空白组、艾司唑仑组(0.4 mg/kg)和豨莶草提取物低、中、高剂量组(400、800、1 600 mg/kg)。通过旷场实验、阈上剂量和阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠实验,分别观察豨莶草提取物对小鼠自主活动、入睡潜伏期、睡眠持续时间和入睡比例的影响。【结果】与空白组相比,豨莶草提取物(800、1 600 mg/kg)能明显减少小鼠自主活动次数(P<0.01),延长睡眠持续时间(P<0.05),且提高注射了阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠小鼠的入睡比例(P<0.05,P<0.01)。【结论】豨莶草提取物对小鼠具有显著的镇静催眠作用,具有开发应用的价值。
【Objective】To study the sedative and hypnotic effects of Siegesbeckia herba extract in mice.【Methods】Fifty mice were randomly divided into control group,estazolam group (0.4 mg/kg) and Siegesbeckia herba extract groups in low,middle and high doses (400,800,1 600 mg/kg).The locomotor activity,latency to persistent sleep,sleep duration and sleep rate were determined respectively in mice via the open field test and injection of pentobarbital sodium in subthreshold and suprathreshold doses.【Results】Compared with the control group,Siegesbeckia herba extract (800,1 600 mg/kg) significantly decreased the locomotor activity of mice (P<0.01), extended the sleep duration (P<0.05) and increased sleep rate of mice in subthreshold and suprathreshold doses of pentobarbital sodium,respectively (P<0.05,P<0.01).【Conclusion】Siegesbeckia herba extract has significant sedative and hypnotic effects on mice,and it is of application value.
