Analysis of 124 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the elderly

摘要伴随着我国人口老龄化趋势的加快,临床上老年上消化道出血患者数目也在增加。本研究的目的在于分析导致老年患者上消化道出血的原因,并分析有效的预防因素,以期在临床上为降低患者发病率及病死率提供帮助。上消化道出血是指屈氏韧带以上的器官(包括食管、胃、十二指肠、胆道和胰管等)疾病导致的消化道出血。
