1例累及双侧颅骨的巨大韧带样型纤维瘤病临床病理分析

A case of giant desmoid-type fibromatosis involving bilateral skulls: a clinicopathological analysis

摘要 韧带样型纤维瘤病(desmoid-type fibromatosis,DTF)是一种中间型纤维组织增生性肿瘤,侵袭性强,又称侵袭性纤维瘤病。一般分为腹内型、腹壁型和腹外型,发生于头部并累及颅骨的DTF很罕见。本研究报道1 例发生于双侧顶枕部并侵袭破坏颅骨的巨大DTF,结合文献探讨其临床特点及病理特征,以提高对DTF的认识。
