摘要
目的探究在结核分枝杆菌快速培养中分别应用两种前处理方法的效果。方法108例结核病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组采用NALC-NaOH法(NALC和NaOH溶液混合试剂为主要试剂的处理方法)进行前处理,观察组采用NaOH-生理盐水法进行前处理,2组均采用BacT/ALERT3D液体培养法进行结核分枝杆菌快速培养。比较分析2组的应用效果。结果2组阳性检出率相似,观察组为55.56%,对照组53.70%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组污染率14.81%,高于观察组3.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NaOH-生理盐水法在结核分枝杆菌快速培养中的前处理应用效果较优,可有效减少操作过程中的污染情况,提高培养准确率。
Objective To explore the effect of two pretreatment methods in rapid culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods 108 cases of tuberculosis patients were selected as the research object. BacT/ALERT3D liquid culture technology was used for rapid culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. 108 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 54 cases each group. The control group was pretreated with NALC-NaOH method, while the observation group was pretreated with NaOH-saline method. The application effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results The positive detection rate of the observation group was 55.56%,and the control group was 53.70%.There was no significant difference in the positive detection rate between the two groups ( P >0.05). The contamination rate in control group was(14.81%) higher than that in observation group (3.70%).There was statisticl significance( P <0.04). Conclusion The pretreatment effect of NaOH-saline method in rapid culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis is better, which can effectively reduce the contamination during operation and improve the accuracy of culture.
