摘要
针对GMC48钢轨打磨车的液压走行系统,介绍了闭式液压系统的液压传动原理,分析了液压走行电气控制系统的组成结构。重点研究分析了液压走行低恒速与同步控制技术:基于PID控制器的速度闭环控制,以及基于速度外环与压力内环的双闭环PID控制策略。最终实现了GMC48钢轨打磨车打磨作业速度控制精度高、稳定性好的目标。
Aiming at the hydraulic traveling system of GMC48 rail grinder,introduces the hydraulic transmission principle of closed hydraulic system,and analyzes the composition and structure of the hydraulic travel electric control system.Mainly analyzes the low constant speed and synchronous control technology of hydraulic traveling :speed closed loop control based on PID controller,and double closed loop PID control strategy based on speed outer loop and pressure inner loop.Finally,the GMC48 rail grinder has achieved the goal of high speed control accuracy and good stability.
