摘要
分析了工业火炬塔在高温腐蚀环境中所面临的防腐难题,介绍了热喷铝技术的防腐机理,耐高温机理,工艺流程和技术难点。为工业火炬塔防腐工艺的制定提供了有价值的信息。
The anti-corrosion problem of industrial flare tower in high temperature corrosion environment was analyzed.The anti-corrosion and high temperature resistance mechanism,application process and technological difficulty of hot spray aluminum technology are introduced.It provides valuable information for the formulation of the anti-corrosion technology of the industrial flare tower.
