光学元件同轴等高的调节和判断方法

摘要 激光器发出的光经过小孔缩束以后可以看做光线。确定光轴的方法为:首先调节2个小孔同轴等高,其次调节激光器使激光光线穿过间隔一定距离同轴等高的两个小孔,当透射光线穿过小孔,反射光线返回到另一小孔时,这样就确定了光轴,且实现了光轴的可视化。对于透镜,透射光线沿着光轴传播时,不改变光的传播方向,反射光线沿原路返回。基于此可以对光学系统中凸透镜、凹透镜等光学元件独立地进行同轴等高调节。该方法大大降低了光学元件同轴等高调节和判断的难度,可显著地提高工作效率。 The small size beam from a laser which passes through a hole can be seen as light ray.The method to determine the optical axis is that adjusting two holes coaxial and equal altitude firstly.The secondly,the laser is adjusted to make the laser ray pass through two holes,which has some distance apart.When the transmitted ray passes through the hole and the reflected ray returns to the other hole,the optical axis is determined;and visualization of the optical axis is realized.For a lens,when transmitted ray travels along the optical axis,it does not alter the direction;and the reflected ray returns along the original path.Based on this,optical elements such as a convex lens and a concave lens in the optical system can be independently adjusted to coaxial and equal altitude.This method reduces the difficulty of coaxial adjustment and judgment of optical elements greatly,and can significantly improve the work efficiency significantly.
