基于慕课模式的常用仪器操作与应用混合教学改革

Blended Teaching and Reform of Operation and Application of Common Instruments Based on MOOC

常用仪器操作与应用是一门实践性较强的专业选修课,本文以课程中专题3 PCR仪的操作与应用为例进行了混合式教学设计,结合慕课开展线上线下学习模式。经过教学实践,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了课堂教学效果。

Operation and Application of Common Instruments is a practical,applied a strong elective course for undergraduates and postgraduates.Take PCR instruments of section 3 from the elective course for example,this paper mainly discusses blended teaching design of operation and application of PCR instruments.We will combine blended teaching design with MOOC to develop online and offline learning models.The using of blended teaching is able to not only increased students studying passion,but also promote and/or improve the effect of teaching in class.
