德国高校与企业的成功合作在世界范围内具有示范效应,而中方高校尤其是应用型高校在培养符合企业需求的德语专门人才这方面,迫切需要学校与企业深度合作,协同育人。因此,需要对目前国内应用型高校德语人才培养中存在的困境及原因进行剖析,并相应地给出一些对策建议。

Successful cooperation between German universities and enterprises has a demonstrative effect in the world,while Chinese universities,especially applied universities,are urgently in need of in-depth cooperation and collaborative education between schools and enterprises in training German-speaking professionals that meet the needs of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the difficulties and causes of German talents training in Applied Universities in China,and give some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
