施工阶段相对于项目全过程造价控制的其他阶段来说,其节约投资的可能性有限,但浪费投资的可能性很大。针对施工阶段的造价管理,可采取合同分析、优化进度款支付方式、预防控制工程变更与索赔,提前介入结算等措施,有效控制工程造价。

Compared with other stages of the whole process cost control of the project,the possibility of saving investment is limited,but the possibility of wasting investment is great.In view of the cost management in the construction stage,measures such as contract analysis,optimization of payment methods for progress payments,prevention and control of engineering changes and claims,and early intervention in settlement can be taken to effectively control the cost of construction.
