摘要
三门核电某空气处理机组多次出现风量流量高跳闸。本文根据现场收集的数据,分析得出变频器加速时间参数设置与系统工况不匹配导致这一故障的发生,最终通过调整变频器合适的加速时间,验证分析,并解决故障。
Several trips of high air volume and flow occurred in an air treatment unit of Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant.In this paper,according to the data collecting from the site,confirm that the setting of the acceleration time parameters of the frequency converter doesn ’ t match with the condition of the system,and finally adjust the appropriate acceleration time to solve the fault.
