关键路径法在AP1000泵房通水进度管理中的运用

摘要 泵房通水标志着核电站热阱可用,是AP1000核电机组建设过程中的重要里程碑节点。由于三门核电一号机组无AP1000参考电站经验,建设过程中遇到很多困难和挑战,导致泵房通水进度出现严重滞后。通过关键路径法在一号机组泵房通水进度管理中的运用,总结一号机组建设经验,优化泵房通水各条路径施工进度,分析并提出了AP1000核电机组56个月标准建设工期下泵房通水时间和相关子项进度安排的解决方案,对后续AP1000机组的建设具有参考价值。 Circulating Water Pump House Water-filling represents the availability of the heat sink,which is an important milestone in AP1000 nuclear power station project construction.Since Sanmen unit 1 project has no referential AP1000 experience,many difficulties and challenges were encountered during the construction process,leading to serious schedule deviation in Pump House Water-filling project.Based on the application of the critical path method in the schedule management of unit 1 Pump House Water-filling,this paper sums up the construction experience of the Sanmen unit 1,optimizes each path of the water-filling project schedule,puts forward a scheduling solution for Pump House Water-filling and related nodes under the AP1000 56-month standard construction duration,which can provide some reference value for the follow-up AP1000 nuclear power units construction.
