摘要
某电子企业在生产过程中产生的酸性废气具有腐蚀性、有毒有害的特点。本文以某电子企业酸性废气处理工程为例,采用"两级碱喷淋塔"工艺,废气处理效率高于95%。工程实例表明"两级碱喷淋塔"处理工艺可达到深度净化、经济可行、稳定性高的效果。
The acidic waste gas generated in the production process of the electronics industry has the characteristics of l,high corrosiveness,toxicity and harmfulness.In this paper,an acidic waste gas treatment project of an electronic enterprise is taken as an example,in which the " two-stage alkali spray tower " process is used to treat acidic waste gas,and the waste gas treatment effiency is higher than 95 %.The engineering example shows that the two-stage alkali spray tower process can achieve deep purification,economic feasibility and high stability.
