摘要
为解决人工使用轨距尺测量轨距时尺身与钢轨不垂直而产生误差问题,本课题采用了一种能够补偿该误差的测量方法,设计制作了实验用轨距尺进行验证。本课题使用Solidworks对其进行三维建模,采用3D打印制作部分零部件并与管材结合作为轨距尺主体,以减轻自身重量并使其易于零位标定。通过单片机计算两个位移传感器测得的电压信号从而得到修正误差后的轨距,大大降低人工测量时所产生的误差,同时了提高测量效率。
In order to solve the problem that the gauge body is not perpendicular to the rail when the gauge is measured by manual gauge, a measuring method which can compensate the error is adopted in this paper. The gauge used in experiment is designed and manufactured to verify the method. This subject uses Solidworks to build its three-dimensional model, uses 3D printing to make parts and tubes as the main body of gauge gauge, in order to reduce its weight and make it easy to zero calibration. By calculating the voltage signals measured by two displacement sensors with single chip computer, the corrected gauge can be obtained, which greatly reduces the error caused by manual measurement and improves the measurement efficiency.
