摘要 为了验证镐窝回填车车架自身及其主要零部件的刚度、强度和稳定性,同时为现场加载试验提供理论支撑,利用HyperMesh和ANSYS软件联合仿真,对镐窝回填车车架进行垂向静载车架刚度分析、拉伸组合工况下车架应力分析及压缩组合工况下车架应力分析,模拟出不同工况下车架所产生的位移变化及应力变化云图,检查分析结果是否满足铁道车辆强度设计标准,如不满足,给出车架优化设计方案。 In order to verify the stiffness,strength and stability of the pick hole backfill frame itself and its main parts,and at the same time provide theoretical support for the on-site loading test,using HyperMesh and ANSYS software to jointly simulate,The stiffness analysis,stress analysis and stress analysis of vertical static carrier frame under tension combined condition and compression combined condition were carried out to simulate the displacement change and stress change cloud map under different working conditions.Check whether the analysis results meet the railway vehicle strength design standards,if not,give the frame optimization design scheme.
