针对性护理在急性心肌梗死并发左心衰竭患者无创呼吸机治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of targeted nursing in non-invasive ventilator therapy for patients with acute myocardial infarction and left heart failure

目的探讨针对性护理在急性心肌梗死(AMI)并发左心衰竭患者无创呼吸机治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月收治的94例AMI并发左心衰竭患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。两组均行无创呼吸机治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采取针对性护理。比较两组呼吸情况及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)低于对照组,动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_2)、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在AMI伴左心衰竭患者行无创呼吸机治疗中实施针对性护理可改善患者呼吸情况,提升护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of targeted nursing in non-invasive ventilator therapy for patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and left heart failure. Methods 94 AMI patients with left heart failure from January 2016 to January 2018 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 47 cases in each group.Two groups were given non-invasive ventilator therapy,control group was given routine nursing,and observation group was given targeted nursing.The respiratory conditions and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results After intervention,the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO 2) of observation group was lower than that of control group,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO 2),arterial oxygen saturation (SaO 2) and nursing satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing in non-invasive ventilator therapy for patients with AMI and left heart failure can improve respiratory conditions and increase nursing satisfaction.
