工程量清单计价相关问题研究——以安徽某高校二期工程建设为例

Research on the Related Issues of Engineering Quantity List Pricing—— Taking the construction of the second phase of a university in Anhui as an example

本文以工程量清单计价模式在应用过程中相关问题作为研究内容,分析了工程量清单计价模式在我国应用的现状,并以安徽某高校二期工程建设为载体,对当前工程建设领域实施工程量清单计价模式的现状进行了分析,结合工程实践,提出了工程量清单计价在应用过程中还存在的一些问题,分析其原因并提出相应的对策。

This paper takes the related issues of the engineering quantity list pricing model as the research content, analyzes the current situation of the application of the engineering quantity list pricing model in China, and implements the engineering quantity in the current engineering construction field with the construction of the second phase of a university in Anhui as the carrier. The status quo of the list pricing model is analyzed. Combined with the engineering practice, some problems still exist in the application process of the engineering quantity list pricing, and the reasons are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
