三门核电核安全文化建设的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Cultivation and Development of Nuclear Safety Culture in Sanmen Nuclear Power Station

三门核电为保证电站高质量的建设和后续的安全稳定可靠运行,从工程建设阶段起就积极开展核安全文化建设。本文介绍了三门核电核安全文化建设体系、阐述了核安全文化宣传和培育、对标、人员绩效工具、纠正行动大纲、经验反馈等建设措施,以期能给我国同行在核安全文化建设方面起到一定的借鉴和启示作用。

Sanmen Nuclear Power station has been active in the cultivation of nuclear safety culture form the construction phase to ensure the high-quality construction and subsequent safe and reliable operation. This paper introduces the system and mechanism for nuclear safety culture cultivation, and expounds practices such as propaganda, benchmark, human performance tools, corrective action program and operating experience etc. It is hoped that this paper can be informative in offering reference and inspiration to peer nuclear power stations in cultivation and development of nuclear safety culture.
