摘要 高等职业教育为经济社会发展提供了有力的人才和智力支撑,为有效提升本科层次职业教育的教育教学质量,从本科层次职业教育的人才培养目标出发,基于全面质量管理(TQM)的视角,系统分析影响教育质量的因素,通过运用多粒度群组DEMATEL方法,从系统中心度和因果关系两方面指出实践教学、教学活动、课程内容、知识技能、学习动机等关键因素的重要性。基于分析结果,建议高校要从面向职业需求定位构建实践教学体系,围绕核心教学活动改善教学环境和教学方法,基于人才培养目标构建课程体系和标准,围绕职业特征提升学生技能水平,着力突出学生主体地位激发学习动力。 Higher vocational education provides powerful talent and intellectual support for economic and social development. In order to effectively improve the quality of undergraduate vocational education, this paper discussed the talent training goal of undergraduate vocational education, systematic analyzed the factors affecting the quality of education based on the perspective of total quality management (TQM), and applied the multi-granularity group DEMATEL method to identify critical factors. The results on centrality and causality of factors indicated that the critical factors include practical teaching, teaching activities, course content, knowledge and skills and learning motivation. Based on the analysis results, it is suggested that colleges should construct a practical teaching system from the orientation of occupational needs, improve the teaching environment and teaching methods around core teaching activities, build curriculum systems and standards based on talent training goals, improve students' skill level on professional characteristics, and stimulate the students' internal motivation on learning.
