我国职教教师本硕衔接培养机制探究 被引量:3

摘要 我国以本科培养为基础、硕士研究生培养为支持的职教教师培养体系培养层次明晰、培养主体明确、专业设置多样。然而从学段的关联性和衔接性来看,职教教师本硕培养存在衔接困境,培养主体资质不明、学历学位错位以及培养阶段割裂等问题直接影响了职教教师本硕培养的连贯性,导致整个培养体系缺乏系统性和统筹性。厘清我国职教教师培养体系框架、形成培养主体联盟、明确职教教师培养目标和培养定位、设计通畅持续的培养环节和建立职教教师教育保障机制,有利于教师专业的成长和能力的养成,更有利于职教教师本科和硕士研究生培养的学科专业体系的建立。 The vocational teacher education system in China, which is based on undergraduate education and supported by graduate education, has clear education levels, explicit education subjects and multiple specialty settings. However, judging from the relevance and coherence of the phase of studying, there is a connection dilemma between undergraduate education and graduate education for the vocational teacher. The unclear institutional qualification, the dislocation of the academic degree and the separation of the training stage directly affect the coherence of the vocational teacher education, resulting in the lack of systematic and coherent in the entire training system. For the professional growth and the ability cultivation of students in vocational teacher education and the construction of undergraduate and graduate education system for the vocational teacher, the construction of cohesive mechanism should be further researched and developed in the following aspects: the formation of institute union, the determination of objectives and orientation in vocational teacher education, the design of continuous content between different education levels and the foundation of governance mechanism.
